Launch of ‘Greyfox’ - 14/06/2010

Tackle giant Greys has just launched its new charter boat.

‘Greyfox’, which is an Evolution 38, is designed for offshore bass and wreck fishing. Powered by a 500hp Iveco engine, she is capable of cruising at 20 knots with a top speed of 26 knots. She is fitted out to a very high specification for her clients’ enjoyment.

‘Greyfox’ will be used in the design, development and testing of the latest Greys sea fishing equipment. The skipper, Mike Williams, is a Greys consultant with an enviable record of catches to his credit, and has featured regularly on Sky TV’s Tight Lines programme with Keith Arthur.

Greys’ product development manager, Kevin Benham, travelled to Dover for the launch and said: “What a fantastic-looking boat she is.
